Booking & Cancellation Policy DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward the final balance of your scheduled service. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING I understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24hr notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24hr notice are considered a late cancellation. Any deposit paid will be forfeited. If no deposit was collected, a deposit will be required to secure your next appointment. NO-SHOWS Missing an appointment without notice is considered a no-show. Any deposit paid will be forfeited, and a 30% no-show fee based on the scheduled service total will be charged. A new deposit will be required before another appointment can be booked. LATE ARRIVALS A 15 minute grace period is provided. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your service to be adjusted, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the time remaining and the appointments scheduled after you. If your appointment can no longer be accommodated, it will be considered a late cancellation. REPEATED CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a deposit being required for all future appointments or the inability to book future services.
